Getting around the Osma neighbourhood is very convenient thanks to its excellent transport links. As it is a rural area, a car is the most practical way to get around freely and enjoy the surroundings. Just a short walk from the property—around 200 metres away—there is a bus stop with direct connections to Bilbao, as well as to the coastal towns of Lekeitio and Ondarroa, offering simple and well-connected transport options.

The Osma neighbourhood is a small rural hamlet in Mallabia, comprising traditional farmhouses surrounded by nature. Its peaceful setting allows visitors to enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets, in a landscape that invites you to relax and unwind.
