To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and the proper care of the farmhouse, we kindly ask you to follow the rules below:

1. Respect and coexistence Please maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere, especially in shared and outdoor areas. Parties and events are not permitted. Out of respect for everyone’s rest, please avoid loud noise after 22:00.

2. Apartment occupancy The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity stated in the booking. External visitors must be notified in advance and may not stay overnight without prior authorisation.

3. Care of the property The farmhouse is a historic 17th‑century building; we appreciate responsible use of all facilities. Any damage caused must be reported. Moving furniture without permission is not allowed.

4. Cleaning The apartment is delivered clean and fully equipped. Please leave it in a reasonable condition at the end of your stay. Rubbish must be disposed of in the designated outdoor containers.

5. Outdoor areas The green area is shared by the three apartments; please use it respectfully. Lighting fires or using barbecues is not permitted unless expressly authorised. Please do not leave personal belongings in the communal areas.

6. Pets Pets are not allowed in the apartments or in the communal areas.

7. Parking The private parking area is for guests only. Please park only in the marked spaces.

8. WiFi WiFi is provided free of charge. Using the network for illegal activities or actions that infringe the rights of third parties is strictly prohibited.

9. Safety Please ensure that doors and windows are closed when leaving the apartment. Do not leave valuables in plain sight; the property cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.

10. No smoking Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.

11. Check‑in and check‑out Check‑in: from 15:00 Check‑out: before 11:00 Any changes must be requested in advance.

12. Damages and liability Guests are responsible for any damage caused by improper use of the facilities. Serious breaches of the rules may result in the cancellation of the stay without refund.
